Description
The Neodymium Channel Magnet 20 x 20 x 4 mm (0.79" x 0.79" x 0.16") with 1 Countersunk Hole is a neodymium magnet set in a steel cup. The cup concentrates the holding force on the contact face and protects the brittle magnet from knocks. Countersunk holes let you screw it flush onto wood, aluminium profiles or panels. It suits shopfitting, signage, workshop jigs, lighting and machine building.
- Dimensions: 20 x 20 x 4 mm (0.79" x 0.79" x 0.16")
- Neodymium (NdFeB) N40 in a nickel-plated steel housing (Ni-Cu-Ni)
- Maximum operating temperature 80 °C (176 °F)
The holding force is highest on thick, flat, bare steel; it drops on thin or painted steel and with an air gap.
