If you bought from us as a consumer (for purposes outside your trade, business, craft or profession), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason. This page explains how.

The 14-day withdrawal period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. If your order was delivered in several parcels, the period expires 14 days after you receive the last item.
To meet the deadline, it's sufficient to send your withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.
How to withdraw
You can choose any of these options:
Option 1: Online, using the form on this page (quickest)
Click "Withdraw from contract here" (or scroll down to the form), fill in your name, your order number and the email address where you'd like to receive confirmation, and click "Confirm withdrawal". Giel personally replies by email from info@magneticsolutions.net the same working day. You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal without undue delay, including its content and the date and time of submission.
Option 2: By email or post
Send us a clear statement that you're withdrawing from the contract (for example a letter or an email) to:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it's not obligatory. Please include your order number so we can process your withdrawal quickly.
What happens next
- Return the goods to us without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days of the day you told us about your withdrawal. Please send them to: Eligo BV – Magnetic Solutions, Dwarsstraat 10, 3920 Lommel, Belgium. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14 days have expired.
- Return costs: you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
- Refund: we'll refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (but not any extra costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method than our least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day we're informed of your withdrawal. We use the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless you've expressly agreed otherwise; you won't incur any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we've received the goods back or you've supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
- Condition of the goods: you're only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what's necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. You may check the size and strength of the magnets, but magnets that have been chipped, glued, painted, cut, mounted or otherwise used may be refunded at a reduced value.
Packing magnets for return: please use the original packaging if possible, keep magnets apart with spacers, and wrap them so they can't attract each other or the outside of the parcel. See our magnet safety guide.
Exceptions: the right of withdrawal doesn't apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, including magnets made to a custom size, grade, coating or magnetisation, or magnetic tape or sheet cut to your requested length. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
