A quote is the best route for:
- Volume orders: larger quantities of one or more products, with volume discounts.
- Recurring orders: regular deliveries of the same items for production, maintenance or resale.
- Mixed orders: several sizes or product types in one shipment.
- Resellers and distributors buying for resale.
- Custom products: custom sizes, grades, coatings or magnetisation not listed in the shop, available on request via the quote form.
- Cut-to-length tape and sheet: available on request via the quote form.

What to include in your request
The more complete your request, the faster and more accurate our quote. Please tell us:
- Product: the product name or link from our shop, or the type of magnet you need (for example disc, block, rod, ring or pot magnet, fishing magnet, filter magnet, magnetic tape or sheet).
- Sizes and specifications: dimensions in millimetres (for example Ø10 x 3 mm or 20 x 10 x 5 mm), plus the grade (for example N42), coating, magnetisation direction or required holding force, if these matter for your application.
- Quantities: the number of pieces per size. If you'd like to compare price levels, give several quantities (for example 500 / 1,000 / 5,000).
- One-off or recurring: for recurring orders, the expected quantity and how often you'll order.
- Delivery country: and the postcode or town, if known.
- Company details and VAT number: your company name and address. Businesses registered for VAT in an EU country other than Belgium: include your VAT number (with country prefix, for example DE123456789) so we can quote and invoice without VAT under the reverse-charge rules.
- Application and timing (optional): what the magnets are for and when you need them. This helps us suggest a suitable alternative if a size isn't available.

How it works
- Send your request using the form below.
- Receive your quote by email within 1 working day, with the price for your quantities and availability.
- Confirm, pay and receive: approve the quote and pay in advance with one of our payment methods, including PayPal and bank transfer. Once your payment has been received, we pack and ship your order from our warehouse in Belgium.
Good to know
- Quoted prices are in euros and excluding VAT. The VAT that applies depends on your status and delivery country. See Ordering & VAT for businesses.
- Orders of €50 or more excl. VAT ship free to any destination worldwide. For deliveries outside the EU, we pay the import duties, import VAT and customs clearance fees, so you pay nothing extra on delivery. See our Shipping Policy.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from their date, unless stated otherwise, and apply to the quantities quoted.
- Private buyers are welcome to request a quote too.
