Whether you need a few hundred disc magnets for a workshop, a regular supply for production or stock to resell, you can order online at the listed prices or ask us for a quote. We sell to businesses and private customers worldwide.

Quotes within 1 working day
Tell us the products or sizes, the quantities, your delivery country and, if you have one, your EU VAT number. We reply by email within 1 working day. Quotes are in euros, excluding VAT, and valid for 30 days.
VAT-free invoicing for EU businesses
All prices are shown excluding VAT. Businesses registered for VAT in an EU country other than Belgium receive a VAT-free invoice under the reverse-charge rules: enter your VAT number, with its country prefix, at checkout or in your quote request and we check it in VIES. Belgian businesses pay 21% Belgian VAT. Deliveries outside the EU are invoiced without Belgian VAT.
Shipping, import duties and dispatch
- Dispatch: products in stock ship from Belgium within 1 working day.
- Shipping costs: free worldwide from €50 excl. VAT; €4.99 excl. VAT for smaller orders.
- Import duties: for deliveries outside the EU, we pay the import duties, import VAT and customs clearance fees, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
- Large orders: we confirm the dispatch date with you.

Custom sizes
Can't find the size, grade, coating or magnetisation direction you need? We also supply custom magnets made to your specification. Send your dimensions, quantity and application, or email a drawing to info@magneticsolutions.net. Typical dimensional tolerance is ±0.1 to 0.2 mm; if your application needs something tighter, tell us in your request.

How do the volume discounts work?
You get 10% off from 10 items, 20% off from 50 and 30% off from 200. Different products and sizes count together, so you can mix and match.
How quickly will I receive a quote?
We reply by email within 1 working day. Quotes are in euros excluding VAT and are valid for 30 days.
Can you invoice my business without VAT?
Yes, if your business is registered for VAT in an EU country other than Belgium and your VAT number is valid. The invoice then falls under the reverse-charge rules.
Who pays import duties outside the EU?
We do. For deliveries outside the EU, we pay the import duties, import VAT and customs clearance fees, so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
How fast do you ship?
Products in stock leave our warehouse in Belgium within 1 working day. Shipping is free from €50 excl. VAT.
