Who we sell to

Magnetic Solutions sells to business customers and private consumers. Our range and service are designed for professional use, but anyone can order. Prices and VAT

Prices on this website are in euros. Each price is shown excluding VAT, with the price including VAT shown below it. The price incl. VAT shown in the shop includes Belgian VAT at 21%; the VAT that applies to your order is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Businesses registered for VAT in an EU member state other than Belgium are invoiced without VAT under the reverse-charge rules, provided they supply a valid VAT number. No Belgian VAT is charged on deliveries outside the EU; we pay the import duties, import VAT and customs clearance fees, so you pay nothing extra on delivery.

Product information and technical data

We take care to make sure product descriptions, dimensions and technical data (such as grade, tolerance and pull force) are accurate. Pull-force figures are indicative values from our suppliers' data, measured under ideal laboratory conditions; actual holding force in real applications is lower and depends on the application, including the steel thickness, surface, air gap and direction of load. You are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for your application. Please read our magnet safety information before handling strong magnets.

All content on this website, including texts, photographs, graphics, logos and the layout of the site, belongs to Eligo BV or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any of it without our prior written permission, except for personal use or to prepare an order.

We make every effort to keep the information on this website correct and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is always complete, accurate or free of errors. Obvious errors (for example in prices or product data) do not bind us. This website and all orders are governed by Belgian law. For consumers, this does not remove the protection of mandatory consumer law of the country where they live. For business customers, any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Turnhout division. Consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence.
