Magnetic Solutions (Eligo BV) ships orders from our own stock in Lommel, Belgium. Every order is picked, packed and shipped by us.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Available shipping methods and costs for your country are shown at checkout before you pay.

Free shipping from €50 excl. VAT

Orders of €50.00 or more, excluding VAT, ship free of charge to any destination worldwide. The threshold applies to the value of the products in your order excluding VAT, after any discounts. For example, an order of €50.00 excl. VAT (€60.50 incl. 21% Belgian VAT) qualifies for free shipping; an order of €55.00 incl. VAT (€45.45 excl. VAT) does not.

Shipping costs for orders under €50

For every destination worldwide, orders below €50 excl. VAT have a flat shipping cost of €4.99 excl. VAT. There is no weight-based pricing; the applicable cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping costs are shown excl. VAT and follow the same VAT treatment as the products in your order: VAT is added for private customers and businesses without a valid EU VAT number, EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced without VAT, and no Belgian VAT is charged on deliveries outside the EU.

Dispatch

In stock, ships within 1 working day from Belgium. Products marked as in stock on the product page leave our warehouse in Lommel, Belgium, within 1 working day of your order.

We pick, pack and ship orders on working days (Monday to Friday, except Belgian public holidays). Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the following working days. For large or volume orders, we confirm the dispatch date with you.

Delivery times

Delivery time depends on the destination, and we do not promise a fixed transit time.

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Delays caused by carriers, customs or circumstances beyond our control can occur. For consumers, we deliver no later than 30 days after the order unless another date has been agreed; if we can't, you may cancel the order and we'll refund any payment without delay.

Carriers and tracking

Orders are shipped by a reliable parcel carrier. We will email you when your order has shipped, with any available shipment information.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete. For business addresses, include the company name and a department or contact person so the carrier can deliver during your opening hours. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because it was not collected, we may charge the cost of shipping it again.

Customs, duties and taxes (outside the EU)

For deliveries outside the European Union, no Belgian VAT is charged. We pay the import duties, import VAT and customs clearance fees, so you pay nothing extra on delivery.

Risk during transport

For consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or a person you designate, other than the carrier) receive the goods. For business customers, the risk passes when the goods are handed over to the carrier.

Packaging of strong magnets

Strong magnets are packed securely to protect them in transit. For some destinations or very strong magnets, only certain shipping methods may be available; if this affects your order, we'll contact you before shipping.

Damaged or missing parcels

Please check your parcel on arrival. If the packaging or products are damaged, your parcel is missing, or you received incorrect goods, contact us as soon as possible at info@magneticsolutions.net. Please include your order number and, for damage, photos of the parcel and products. We handle these situations case by case and will agree a solution with you. Consumers keep their statutory rights in all cases (see our Returns & Refunds Policy).
