2. How do I attach this thin disc magnet?
Because of the lack of a borehole and the low thickness, bonding is the most commonly used method. Use a strong secondary adhesive or a two-component adhesive for permanent adhesion on smooth surfaces.
3. Can the magnet break when handled?
Neodymium is a brittle material and at a thickness of only 2.5 mm, the magnet is particularly vulnerable to hard knocks. Never allow the magnets to shoot uncontrollably at each other to prevent fracture.
